Standard turnaround time for Printed Apparel with Specialized Finishing Tags is 8-10 Business Days.  We will work to make it sooner.  If you’d like to expedite your order, alternate shipping options are available on a case-by-case basis.

Your turnaround time will begin once we have received an invoice payment. 

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground.  Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking number – don’t forget to check your spam folder for this one!

*UPS Ground is used for all orders with standard turnaround time.  UPS 2 Day, UPS 3 Day, UPS Overnight & other rush options may be available on a case-by-case basis as determined by your Customer Account Specialist.

RETURNS

 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

 

Your item should not have a stain, or stains.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

SHIPPING

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
